Roasted duck legs with bitter orange

This is the dish we tried with the bitter oranges. It was nice as the grease is somewhat offset by the bitter and sour juice. Love the taste but don't think that this can be duplicated soon - how many duck legs do we need to buy (consider the cost!)?

So we will try some other recipes.
