Emotions running high

Kildonan, Arran.

I took an almost identical photo in April. The night sky cleared as it did then but this time there was no moon, no streetlights and only the occasional flare from the lighthouse, so viewing the millions of stars was absolutely breathtaking.

And very chilly.
