New hair

Now that my hair has been washed it looks more like my hair. The red is now deeper in colour but you can’t really see the purple that went on the ends.

We’ve been to the dump today and put some things up in the loft. The house is looking less cluttered.

We’ve taken the dogs out on a nice walk too.

And we’ve then been for two hours of relaxing yoga. Each pose is held for five minutes so you can slowly stretch into each one.

The workshop is run every month. We’ve booked for the next one.
