Steam engine

This is a double exposure of part of a Corliss Steam Engine and Fred Dibnah statue.  They stand next to each other in Bolton, just down the road from the Town Hall.

Fred Dibnah 1938 - 2004 was a steeple jack and television personality with a keen interest in mechanical engineering. More here!
