Balloch Country Park

A dreich day, but Minty and I had a pleasant walk in Balloch Country Park after I'd stocked up at Aldi in Alexandria. It (BCP, not Aldi) boasts lots of amazingly huge (and presumably ancient) trees.

I've also spent a long but worthwhile time 'chatting' online to three different people in an effort to lower my car insurance premium. I was annoyed that it had increased by £40 for no apparent reason and was prepared to shop around, but when I queried the increase, they acknowledged my loyalty and managed to knock off more than half of it. Result!
