Teapot Bus Stop Biscuit Beetle

Larder Invaders!

Not mine thankfully, but I was called in as consultant entomologist (!) to identify these wee beasties munching their way through someone's house. 4mm long but I was a bit stumped as to what they were, not Tribolium or a Dermestid of some sort which is what I was expecting. Someone kindly pointed me at the Biscuit Beetle, Stegobium paniceum - antenna with three club-like segments at the tip, (c.f. Lasioderma serricorne - antennae with many serrations, much weaker punctures on the surface of the elytra, eyes easier to see from above, different shape of pronotum).

Look at those eyebrows!
