30/365 A tree & a house !

30/365  A tree & a house !!  Great day out at Kingston Lacy House part of National Trust, wonderful garden walks with an abundance of snowdrops. Started with tea & cake ended with tea & scones and as usual with Mike & Jamie lots of conversation (mostly a load of B*****ks lol !!)
