Yerba Mate & Argentinean Bombilla

I had my 1st official yerba mate served in the true Argentinean custom. My good friend/fellow fitness instructor taught me how to make it ans lent me her bombilla until mine arrives (with an authentic gourd). It is to be shared with family and friends, all using the same cup & bombilla (straw). I love it! And the health benefits of this amazing tea are truly astonishing! Had a lovely lunch break with friend S, good to catch up. Off to tea aquafit tonight.....
