Grey skies, wine and a blipmeet

A disappointing day in Plett – grey skies, drizzly and cool. So, we spent most of the afternoon in our lovely garden suite, although at one point we drove out to a local vineyard, just to see. There are a few of these family-owned small vineyards; for most it is a relatively new venture. The one we chose, after asking our host for advice, is a lovely place and obviously a popular venue for lunch. We just had coffee and shared a most delicious slice of cheesecake, after which we bought a couple of bottles of wine.

So, no beach time, but hey . . . what a great morning we had . . .

. . . when two Blippers are travelling, far from their home ground, and just happen to be in the same place at the same time . . . well they arrange to meet up, don’t they (see Extra - BobsBlips and me).

Bob and Mrs BB – two lovely people. Lots of chat and travel and camera talk – a fine way to spend a couple of hours on such a day. Great to meet you both.
