Out the front door...

that's as far as i'm going today!   Cancelled physio cos we had a lot of freezing rain fall overnight and the roads were pretty icy.   but it looks so sparkly and magical out there....it's still about -10 so even the little bit of sun that peeks thro now and again won't thaw things out at all.

Every year for the past few years Bell Canada has made 31st January mental health day with their "Let's Talk" promotion.   Many celebrities speak out about various types of mental health .... one of our well loved musician/artist/explorer.....who lives here on Cape Breton Island, made this very moving documentary to highlight the impact of suicide on our families....it's well worth a watch.    Angelo is a great guy i've had many a deep discussion with him over a beer or two.....he lost is brother, whom i never met, 15 years ago!
