A heavy hail shower did nothing for the washing on the line but it did add a little something to the flowers when the sun broke through soon after.  A strong sprinkling of white soon melted away leaving everything glistening.  Iris histrio caught my eye most but there were other moments in the light.  A solitary Leucojum vernum (extra pic) made the blip choice difficult.

The three of us spent a happy hour with the Grandparents before lunch.  Grandma's face always lights up when she sees Jamie.  A happy time.  We came home with three dry and shrivelled Amaryllis in need of some TLC.  Along with another 16 pots of seed planted, their rescue kept me occupied for a while this afternoon.
