Emerdale

I have never seen Emerdale and I suppose that if ever do I shall have to shoot myself. Seems its a gem of a programme depicting typical English rural life. I heard on the news last night that since 1972 they have had around 62 deaths, one serious plane crash, a barn fire, several hundred folk having affairs but only 12 births during the course of the series. What a horrid place to live!
In contrast Inverurie has had none of the above trauma but does have a large plastic cow on wheels outside the local dairy.
