Strutting his stuff.

Young roebuck in the field next the wood. He did not hang around for long.
Out early this morning as we were waiting for a courier to collect a parcel today. Having stayed in most of the day, guess what? That parcel is still waiting! I suspect the courier company will get a flea in its ear in the morning; and serve them right!
However, the day was not a complete wash-out as we got some tidying done in the garden. Why is it that we wait impatiently for the Spring to warm the soil enough to plant our bedding, etc. then come the first frosts, we pull up or chop down most everything?
