The Red Ragged Flag.

Out on the Pentland Hills today and its freezing. This is the flag that is flow when the Army are on the firing range at Castlelaw & I think they have been taking pot-shots at it. Noticed that it seemed to be the police that were on the range today judging by the amount of police vehicle's parked up.
