40 years ago this building was our library, very dark and dismal inside. When a new library was built the local college catering dept. started a restaurant where students prepared meals and served the customers. I went one lunchtime with some work colleagues and we were quite impressed. A new college was built so they left and I believe the local "free" newspaper has its offices there but for many years I have not seen any visible presence via the doors.
