Where would we be..........

.......without this.

It's the second of two weeks - our first was back in June - of a 1st Aid Instructor course and it has been hard work.

Because we have been within the same four walls all week and there has been an endless supply of coffee on hand, there have been times when I have been coffee'd out.

So having water on hand has been good and has helped when I have had to do a lot of talking and instructing.

The only problem is...................I'm up all night.

So now I need a good night's sleep! Roll on Friday!
