Steampunk

At my book group tonight we discussed this magical realism/steampunk book and it was a very animated discussion!  (I'd never heard of steampunk before despite being subjected to many evenings of Dr Who).

For us, there was a lot of confusion about the plot and the story.  I had given up with reading it before Christmas and then in order to catch up listened to it 'twice' on audible in the last two weeks to try and understand what was gong on.

Magical, confusing but clever.  A great choice for a book group read!
