Persuasion

Attended a writing event with some of our students at UCL today. We were based in The Prize and Prejudice exhibition and all had to select a piece to write about. This piece by Winifred Knights is thought to depict a trade union leader speaking to fellow mill workers. The writing the young people produced was most impressive.

Board meeting this evening - which always makes colleagues nervous but challenges me for other reasons. First day of feeling any tension amongst uswhixh was unsettling.
