Strathspey Railway

Lovely day out in Aviemore. Weather was a bit poor, with rain/drizzle and it was absolutely freezing, but when we got on the train it was nice and warm which makes a very welcome change for a preserved line train! Lens front element fogged up immediately, but had cleared by the time we left the station on an approx 100 minute roundtrip journey.

Very enjoyable scenery from the windows and good company always makes preserved line trips worth the time and effort (and price)
