Soft play burn

Today Esther, Iris and I braved the rain and met Rach and Phoebs for toast and a bit of soft play. Me and a Rach talked work or at least talked about the lack of desire to return after maternity while the girls played lovely together (despite the friction burn on her cheek).

Back home the boy had a surprise phone call from his old work friend saying her boss wanted him back again on a temporary basis as someone had handed their notice in that morning. This will be his third time there if he chooses to except.

Reasons to be cheerful:
It's the last week of January! Hooray!
