Relaxing before the big event

It’s the day before my big party.

I had lots of plans for the day but instead had a long lie in. It was lovely.

My good friends Caroline and Roy have arrived from Scotland for the party. I’ve not seen them since we went to France together last year.

I’ve made two lots of Malteser Tiffin for the party. Tomorrow I will be making chocolate brownies.

We’ve had a big family meal out with them, my children and their partners. As they have know the children since they were wee they are like our extended family.

It’s the party tomorrow and there will be about100 people. I’ll let you know how it goes.
