Christmas cake!!

Made the Christmas cake yesterday - Think this is the earliest i've ever done it! Not back in England though until the middle of December and I like to feed it a lot. Anyway, this is the first Gluten free one that i've ever made but it looks pretty scrummy - hope it's still here when I get back!

Went to see mum's new office today which is just lovely, and then went out for lunch at Hotel du Vin in Winchester with a friend. It was so nice to have a catch up! There is also a lovely Cath Kidston shop in Winchester so bought a bag and a couple of make up bags - I'm sure I will be blipping them soon!
