So, here's the plan......

.....for today. I got an email from a neighbour this morning about a cunning plot to set up a website dedicated to 'the history of our street' (17 houses dating back about 125 years) and asking whether I'd be interested in getting involved......well obviously the answer was a resounding 'Yes, definitely, count me in!!". So I'll be searching out all the scattered bits of info/maps/census returns/old photos/newspaper snippets/tall tales told by my late father-in-law etc etc that I've discovered over the years......er, maybe over a glass or three ;-)
