Scared.........!

What a difference a day makes! Lovely sunny, blue sky day for most of the day!
Drove to Culross in Fife, this morning to show my Brazilian visitors the statue of Admiral Thomas Cochrane, he is so well respected in the Brazilian Navy, & Chilean & Greek Navy! What a man! Born near Hamilton, in 18thc, lived much of his early life in Culross, He was also Earl of Dundonald!! (My visitor is in the Brazilian Navy! )
Phew that's our history lesson of the day!

Stopped at Huss of Bruar for lunch......these pumpkin lanterns are fun! When I think f my poor Dad howking out a turnip to make a lantern....no pumpkins in Scotland in my day.....& that's not so long ago ..honest!!!

Watched Emmerdale tonight... Well that's the ba' burst!!
