In The Kitchen At Parties
always sometimes find me in the kitchen at practising for parties.
When we next see #2 Daughter we will be going off for a holiday on the boat and celebrating her birthday. I like to treat her to something special in the dessert line. Being dairy intolerant she usually has to forgo the puddings when we have meals out.
This one is my first attempt at a tiramisu. I substituted Tofu for mascarpone but I couldn't get the soft silky sort locally. It didn't really work. Next time I'll try the chilled solids from a tin of coconut milk with cashew butter. And I'll use bigger dish, I couldn't get all the egg mix in.
