Out Of Nowhere 'D-ABQR'

Or seemingly as with every arrival it came into land..Worth freezing for too .The day began well , very cold with a vivid blue sky. Perfect for a trip to TXL terrace. Filming along side a young German plane enthusiast we had great discussions  over last years 'losses' here in Berlin. He also told me one AirBerlin machine remained with the livery and was due in. It was worth frozen feet to capture the above arrival. Easy Jet have bought quite a few AirBerlin planes .Here & in the extra you see the now ghostly livery  Once all along there were  red and white AB . We were very proud of AirBerlin. Now Lufthansa has the monopoly of the sky and since they strike at least once annually, heaven help us .Their vastly increased prices are enough .
