One of the bunch

The day didn't start well but by the early afternoon the clouds had been replaced by an azure blue sky and some very welcome sunshine.

My vase of tall soldier-like tulips has taken on a new look as the stems have begun to bend .... some of them are almost parallel to the table top. As I'm off to Fife on Tuesday I thought I better blip one of the blooms today .... the flowers will still be in the vase when I come back next week but they will have entered the extreme artistic phase of withering by then.
