The golf course is still like a bog but at least we'd better weather today and I even took my jacket off after a while. I played a better too. About time!
The bricks were our dinner tonight - Chicken, Creamy Onions, Mushrooms and Goat's Cheese in a Brick Pastry. Sounds fancy but dead easy to make and to be honest I'm just trying to use up all the pastry sheets that have been languishing for ages in the freezer. The result was excellent, I'm happy to report, and there's a leftover brick for tomorrow's lunch.
