“Strawberry Bowl Cake”

I have managed to catch up on my blips, so check back a few posts when you have time. Sorry for the inconsistency!
Beth decided she was going to bake a Victoria Sandwich Cake for the Super Bowl Party at Jamie and Rachelle’s, but with the different flour and sugar here, things didn’t go according to plan and it sunk in the middle, but she filled it with Strawberries and Cream and made a different type of deliciousness! Everybody (except D and me, who are on day 12 of a 21 day Ketobolic Eating Plan, so cake is not in the plan!) really enjoyed it. The kids especially were delighted with the results!
