Gingerbread

I'm making gingerbread for the Mah-Jong group who will be here tomorrow evening. They have had it before and they always enjoy it. Sliced and spread with real butter, so good. This is my mother's recipe and she made it frequently. it is supposed to contain those big seeded raisins but they are not so easy to find now so ordinary raisins will have to do.
