Ever since our first La Ceiba chili cook-off five years ago, there has been talk of holding another one. That day finally came this afternoon and these were the people in attendance. Four versions of chili were offered this time (instead of five the time before), with lots of other food to accompany, including a plate of ribs that were delicious. I was going to feature the chilis as I did before, but without our illustrious people photographer here I felt I should showcase the group this time around. Good food, good fun.
