Graffiti

The Dutch love their rules and regulations. This bicycle/pedestrian tunnel near our house doubles as an official graffiti spot (indeed, with a list of rules by the municipality posted next to it). Now I understand why the graffiti artists look totally relaxed when they're painting in broad daylight. It's a colorful, ever changing place.
