Tying myself in knots

My physio has given me even more exercises to do for my back and neck. It’s all to do with my transverse abdominal muscle which I’m afraid has been like that neglected relative confined to the attic (or should I say the cellar) all these years.

I’m trying to become acquainted but it’s a slow process without any significant, noticeable improvement in relations. I feel I’m tying myself in knots trying to locate it, let alone activate it!
