Two Parliamentarians

Not a very good picture (I blame the poor light and the camera phone) but a very interesting meeting about Scotland's new Social Security system addressed by the Scottish Government's impressive Social Security minister, Jeanne Freeman MSP.  The meeting was chaired by the other MSP in the picture, Colin Beattie of Midlothian North and Musselburgh.
