Sotavento Construction

Our friends were told there would be 500 workers at the site of the Sotavento Condominium development. While not quite 500, one guy and his backhoe has been at work the past couple of days. This construction activity was preceded by all new graphics of what the place will look like when finished, the reopening of the beachside sales palapa and signs proclaiming 2019 occupancy. As long time watchers of this troubled project, we think the activity is all show to get some unsuspecting visitor to plunk down some cash "for a piece of paradise" that has been a long time materializing.
