Games jam!

I was in  Glasgow Caledonian University today marking student assignments. 

The place was full of about 150 young folk working in groups, alone, sharing, making noise, eating, walking about in PJs and bare feet as they created a new computer game. This kind of activity is called a "game jam" and can last 48 hours. 

Seems to me it's a great way to learn a whole load of collaborative and logical thinking skills that can be used in their future careers.

It was brilliant to watch.
