The Cobb

A much need break away by the sea.

The day started a tad stressful with last minute packing for a long weekend away by the sea. LandscapeGirl drove whilst I with a little help from diazapam tried to calm another bought of anxiety that, once again, started in Tesco whilst getting my prescriptions, and finally calmed whilst I slept on the journey down.

The weather has seen rain most of he day and a quick walk along the Cobb brought the only opportunity of the day for a photograph.

We are now back at our Air B&B and set for a warm quiet evening in.  May seem odd going away and staying in but just being away helps the mind somehow.

Perhaps I'll get LandscapeGirl to join me in another medititation session again tonight in bed. Oh how the years change you!
