Narrow

We were in Exeter on this wet grey day.  My husband bought a suit and we had lunch in our favourite place, lovely Lebanese food and then wandered back to the car park.  On the way we passed by this narrow street.  I was just pointing out to my husband that its called Parliament Street when a passerby informed us that it was given this name by the Council in jest at the passing of the 1832 Reform Bill.  It was previously called Small Lane and links the High Street to Waterbeer Street and dates from the 14th century.  It was also thought to be the worlds narrowest street at one time, although this is apparently not the case.

Thank you all so much for the stars and hearts for yesterday's 1500 blip sunset.
