Penny & Steve (aka Stenny)

Well Stenny on the WhatsApp group. I picked them up from Gatwick at about 0615 this morning. We got home and before breakfast they decided they wanted to go for a walk. So off we toddled round my "circuit" of 2.5K. Felt better for it and what with that and all the running around I have so far (2013) clocked up 16099 steps which is a bit of a record. Apparently this reflects 2330 calories, but I fear that i have eaten more than that.
