Flickerings

Felt very much in touch with our past and present today. We were late up and to our lovely hairdressers for Van Man to have his ears lowered.
We then drove to meet one of our longest standing friends who we are ashamed to say we haven’t seen for a year! We had a good catch up and a promise not to leave it so long.
Poet Girl sent the funniest text from the pub where she was watching the rugby with her boyfriend who is a big sports fan. She essentially had no idea what was happening!
And this evening we went out for curry with my sis and her soon to be husband. Great fun but the third meal out on the trot! Detox tomorrow!
