An absolute joy to have a visit from  Rafi, Jackie and Jodie earlier.  Rafi had to be in London for a photo shoot this weekend so they popped into see us on the way back up to Nottinghamshire.

Rafi continuing to do so well.  
The very important news is that Rafi will be on BBC -  CBBC TV tomorrow-Monday 12th February at 5.30pm.    A programme called My Life.   We've been lucky enough to have a sneak preview of the documentary today and it is well worth watching.    Made us laugh and cry.

I have nagged both Rafi and Jackie to get blipping regularly again.
