The Birds and the Bees

So, I am told tonight was The Most Gross Guides EVER!

... I take that as a triumph ;)

We made biodegradable bird feeders and went out to plant seed bombs around our community. It was bloody cold so I hope a few manage to survive and bloom! The girls were all both fascinated and horrified by the mealworm and bug mix they could choose for their birdfeed recipes, quite amusing to watch.

A good evening after a long day at school coupled with Visual Impairment training which set off my Disability Stereotype Indignation Alarm. It did have its merits, certainly, and some interesting points... but one tries to overlook the questionable bits. When I rule the world...
