Mein Kampf

My Struggle

Watched George Tabori's grotesque drama Mein Kampf at Münchner Volkstheater today (directed by Christian Stückl). It is a great play and was magnificently staged, but it leaves a really bad aftertaste - or to say it with the cook Lobkowitz' joke from the end of the play: 'Does it hurt?' 'Only when I laugh.'
