Sleeps with Butterflies

Went to osteopath this morning with my ankle.
Well I couldn't go without it. 

She did lots of manipulation and said it was good that I did yoga and was going to the fitness etc. Still hurting tonight though.

Now I am back at work the weather has been beautiful. Looking at photos of our friends still up in the mountains and feeling a little envious but then we can go up there anytime.

Took some good pics of jet d'eau this morning in the sunshine but then left the phone at work. So here's Léo reposing after his busy day.
