Pancakes with Mum.

After speaking to Mum today I realised that she had actually missed out on Shrove Tuesday for several years and she loves pancakes. So, Rachel made enough batter for us all and I went to Mums and we cooked pancakes together. In todays Blip, Mum is sprinkling some sugar with a sugar castor that, for me, has always been there. I think it is probably been in the family for a very long time and I can remember when little putting sugar on my cereal with it (that was allowed in those days!) and loving watching the sugar cascade through the little holes - it still looks good!
