Jake The Alligator Man

Here's an old Saab with flowers in the rear window. I wonder why we barely personalize our cars. They can be such a big part of our lives, yet we barely stick on a bumper sticker, or keep tiny keepsakes on the dash or rear view mirror. Why isn't there an entire industry on upholstery choices, or a way to easily keep a living plant in the window?
Has anyone ever seen Jake the Alligator Man in Long Beach, Washington?
