Honey

Yesterday's sourdough becomes today's toast, slathered in Ecodad's honey. Nice way to start the day. Otherwise there was just brewing and bottling. A wee bit of delivering. Some intensive hand moisturising. It's the brewing. They've started drying and splitting with spending too much time wet and in the cold. An occupational hazard. I'd sue my employer if I wasn't the employer (and if they had any money).
