Rebus in chalk on the hillside

This has little to do with the Rebus who still frequents the Oxford Bar in Edinburgh, save that there is a puzzle to be solved here.

Yesterday was St Valentine's Day, and this message was presumably created then.  So I have a tentative solution to offer :

The message has five elements: a heart symbol followed by four letters U, B, E and X.  However the X functions as the symbol for a kiss.  This leaves us with the letters UBE.

Now pronounce the three letters in a West country accent, U B E, and you get the words "you be ee", translate that to "you be he", which then comes to mean "you are he" or "you are the one (for me)".

Any other offers???????
