Valentine Kites

One of the things I most love about Mexico is the randomness of events. This morning for example, I was riding my bicycle through the local sports complex when I happened upon a Valentine Day Kite Event for parents and kids. There must have been 200 people running around the baseball field trying to get all manner of kites to fly in the windless sky. It was total chaos with people running every which way. I am not sure who was having more fun, the kids or the parents. Judging by the smiles on just about everyone's faces, including mine, it was probably a tie.
