REMEMBER

L bought me a new water bottle as an early birthday present - I have probably been through about 10 different water bottles over the years but this is the best so far - special silver ion anti-microbial kid. So why ‘Remember’ - because for a long time I realized I was not drinking enough water and often felt de-hydrated. The bottle I carry with me everywhere as an aid to remembering to drink - it works and I really do like this bottle!!
